Women face a unique set of life issues different from men; And therefore need a safe and supportive group to work through current and past life issues.
The Women’s Recovery Group will be an 8-week series addressing: relationships and boundaries, grief and loss, self worth and self-image, depression and anxiety, trauma, spirituality and meditation, social networks, and stress management.
