Hertfordshire Partnership
NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health and social care services including Adults of Working Age, Older Adults, Children and Adolescents, Drug and Alcohol services and Specialist Learning Disabilities services.
The Trust works in close Partnership with the Hertfordshire County Council and also works with other NHS organisations to promote and support mental health in the community. The Trust’s new Operational Service groupings are: Community Services including local teams for mental health and learning disabilities.
Specialist Services such as dementia, eating disorders, specialist learning disability services. Acute Services including inpatient services and crisis teams. Secure and Rehabilitation Services such as medium secure learning disability services, prison ‘in reach’ and residential rehabilitation.
