Ellen Baker and Casey Watson are simply two women in strong recovery from eating disorders and other addictions. Our goals are to share our experience, strength, and hope with others. Our mission is to provide consulting for those in all stages of recovery. We focus on leading 12 Step based retreats and offering support to help others begin, strengthen, and build upon a solid program of recovery.
