Recovery is a word that is associated with so many illnesses and diseases such as addiction and cancer to name but a few.
From the point of when we are first “diagnosed” to treatment and for those of us who are blessed enough to get into recovery, our journeys of recovery are unique to us.
However, we also have learned through sharing with others that we are not alone. Recovery can be an emotionally challenging time for us and our families.
Disease and illness can and does change our lives – forever – so does Recovery!
