Homeless adults with disabling mental or physical conditions achieve housing, mental health recovery, and self-determination through their participation in outreach, shelter, psychiatric, and supportive services.


Seventeen programs provide homeless persons who have disabilities with the most comprehensive scope of care of any agency in Ohio, promoting sustained recovery, independence, and community participation.
