My name is Sarah Wimsatt,
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Certified Thai Practitioner (CTP),
and Certified Reiki I & II energy practitioner. I am currently teaching in the Washington D.C metropolitan area.
I work with sports teams, people in need of yoga, body work / energy work, children with special needs, I teach meditation, breath work, and other yoga related practice.
