The Basement Project is an independent self-help organisation, based in Halifax, West Yorkshire that offers support and inspiration to those people who are involved with alcohol and / or substance misuse, the opportunity of a new sustained abstinent lifestyle.


You will find all our staff have been touched by the issues of alcohol and drug addiction in some way or another and many have been where you are now.


We understand what you are going through – physically, mentally and emotionally.
