Narcotics Anonymous. The Free State Region of Narcotics Anonymous comprises all of Baltimore, all of Eastern and Northern Maryland, all of Delaware, and the northernmost tip of Virginia’s eastern shore. Narcotics Anonymous is a fellowship of recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. If you have a problem with drugs, Please call our helpline or come to one of our meetings. We’d like to help.
Our Region consists of 10 unified Areas containing over 800 meetings. As stated in Tradition Five, our primary purpose is to carry the message to the addict who still suffers.
