ICM was founded by Kate Caravella and Meg Bernard in 2001 in response to the growing need for professional intervention specialists and to assist the many individuals planning to start their recovery process in South Florida.
Kate and Meg are sisters and the company remains a family owned and operated firm.
Both Kate and Meg have maintained reputations within the community as being highly skilled, compassionate, and experienced intervention specialists and case managers.
In 2006, ICM Associates added an administrative assistant to assist in supporting both offices and our growing clientele.
In 2007, ICM hired two additional intervention specialists who were experienced with ICM’s model of care and were able to add their professional expertise to better serve the families that needed our help.
In 2008, the need to add another full time case manager to our Delray Beach, Florida office arose.
Throughout our growth, ICM has maintained our individuality and stayed focused on what matters: individualized and personal attention to our clients and the needs!
