IMPACT
Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center.
MPACT is a non-profit substance abuse treatment program for men and women who seek recovery from drug addiction and alcoholism. Founded in 1970 by a small group of recovering addicts,
We have grown from 12 beds in a house in North Hollywood, to the present 135 bed residential facility, purchased in 1973, in Pasadena, located at 1680 North Fair Oaks Avenue.
Our growth is additionally accented by our extensive outpatient and in custody treatment network. Throughout our growth we have retained both our fundamental treatment philosophy (the twelve steps of Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous) and our staff of recovering certified counselors.
Our multi-disciplinary treatment team also includes licensed professionals (most of whom are recovering individuals) who are thoroughly integrated into the process of managing treatment and providing care. With hard work, a dedicated staff, and widespread community support, Impact has evolved into one of the premier treatment centers in the nation.
