Jerusalem

Sober House

was established March 1st 2012 by Leibish “Big Mike” Gondelman and Rabbi Rafael Salber.

After working with addicts on the streets of Jerusalem, “Big Mike”, an addictions counselor with over a decade of experience working in the field of recovery, recognized the abundant need for an English speaking drug and alcohol treatment facility.

Following years of dreaming and planning for a solution to the epidemic of addiction, Big Mike collaborated with long time friend Rafael Salber, Rabbi and Life Coach, to help make his dream a reality.

Since the doors opened JSH has worked towards building a professional, experienced and caring staff, which makes up the JSH team.
