At Milestones Ranch Malibu we have designed our dual diagnosis residential treatment center in a way that comforts and treats both individuals and their families who have been impacted by substance abuse, alcoholism, dual diagnosis and their related mental health issues.
We believe in a family system’s approach to recovery. In other words, we understand that the problems in one’s family life were not created in a vacuum; they developed over time and that everyone within the family unit was effected in one way or another.
Therefore by offering an opportunity for healing for the entire family system and by providing ongoing support and coaching for the parents, spouses, siblings and children of our clients, we enhance the recovery process and encourage change for the entire family.
