for a common goal to halt drug addiction among youths and prevent HIV epidemics;

as well to create enabling environment to reach universal access to Harm Reduction Services and Home Based Care Services to drug user and PLHA.

During our years of After Care experience, it is found that majority of drug users relapse within 1 years of time after discharge from treatment center. As stated above relapse is an over time process,

it is very hard to measure the reason of relapse specifically. Hence most of the common reasons found responsible for relapse are lack of integration with family,

lack of coping skill, lack of livelihood skills and avoiding follow up program after discharge from after care service.

Realizing these facts Suruwat is operating a separate Aftercare wing basically focused on relapse prevention and improvising the quality of life to sustain recovery.
