The journey to recovering from addiction begins with medical detox, also known as medication-assisted treatment (MAT). During the first step in the process, the body is currently ridding itself of the substances on which it has grown dependent throughout overtime. Unpleasant withdrawal symptoms may be experienced as a result of drug addiction, which is why self-detoxing is highly discouraged.
Fortunately, our trained medical detox professionals are highly experienced in treating withdrawal symptoms, and intense cravings. Our goal is to always ensure that the detox process is as easy, safe, and comfortable as possible. After MAT, a person will be able to begin inpatient treatment.
